SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for standard products usually ship within 48 hours based on availability of merchandise. Some imported items may take up to 5 to 7 weeks to ship; however, domestic orders (within the Continental U.S.) are shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. For shipments to AK, HI and APO/FPO addresses, shipments are via US Mail or other carrier requested by customer. For orders outside the U.S. and Canada, shipments are made via UPS Worldwide Collect unless another carrier has been requested. We also offer UPS expedited services, such as Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. For UPS expedited services orders must be placed no later then noon MST in order to go out the same day. Shipment time may vary for any orders of custom-imprinted products.
